Replacement of leaking shower valve, Replacement of clothes washer shutoff valves, and replaced valve for ice maker with new line. They replaced hot water heaters last year and flushed them while they were here.

Daniel Payne was very helpful in fixing my clogged pipe. He replaced my plumbing under my sink and did so in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely use them again.

Called them about a clogged shower drain. They would not give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Looking back That should have been a red flag. Said they they would send someone out to assess the repair and that person would give cost. The trip charge $39 would be applied to the cost of work. So they came promptly and said it would cost $297. I declined their service but of course had to pay the trip charge.

Although repairs have not begun yet, I'm completely confident in the work they will do. Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience. By the time he left, we knew we had finally found a trustworthy plumbing company with technicians you can't help but to trust. I will happily recommend this company to every home / business owner I know. Although no one wants plumbing issues, they happen. Charlotte Plumbing Masters are the ones who will correct them! A++++!

Bliss Plumbing installed my dishwasher. The company was professional, efficient, and did great work. The customer service was top notch. The installers had great personalities and knew exactly what they were doing. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Tony was very professional and friendly. He even offered to help fix our outdoor faucet that wasn't working properly. Thought of deducting one star for his being a Cowboys fan but his poor taste in teams was not reflected in his work.

My wife and I recently got new countertops and a newer, deeper, sink in our kitchen. We had to had some piping redone because of the sink depth difference, and the fact that the new sink had only one drain, not two.
The plumber that did the job, John, was excellent. He cut an excellent hole in the drywall to access the piping (this had to be done), and installed new piping, disposal, and pipe vent.
He even took a few minutes after he was finished to educate me on what he did, and why he did it. You could tell immediately that the job was done professionally, because he pointed out a number of things that he fixed that were existing issues we were unaware of, such as wiring that could have caught fire that was not properly insulated years before we even moved in.
I'm sure you can hire a fix it guy at a cheaper rate, but I can tell you that they will most likely be the source of the installation problems that were not up to code that we were unaware of. OR you can hire someone that not only installs proper piping and disposal wiring, but also takes time to fix existing issues that he spots along the way. I highly recommend this service as I have had two different employees come to do jobs in the past, and both of them knew exactly what they were talking about. When I would ask why something was the way that it was under the sink, they didn't have to think for an answer. It was automatic.

A Moen 1222 cartridge got stuck while my husband was attempting to fix a leaky shower on New Year's Eve. Damion at Wonderful World of Plumbing couldn't make it that day but requested a photo of the issue. He took the time to instruct us by phone on how to remove the cartridge and even provided the name and number of another plumber who was available to come that day! Now THAT is service! We will certainly use Wonderful World of Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend the company because Damion took time to provide assistance even when he knew it wouldn't make him any money!

Rob of Zoom drain did an amazing job! Experienced, personable, kind and considerate. Also didn’t charge as much as some awful companies I’ve worked with (like being quoted $150 to replace the toilet handle!). Highly recommend!

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!
