Contacted Roby Services to install a switch for our garbage disposal and troubleshoot some issues we experienced with outlets in the kitchen. They were able to install a new switch and determine the original switch was not properly installed by the previous owners creating issues with some of the outlets in the kitchen. They were able to fix the issue and install the switch in a little over an hour. Ryan was super professional and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue permanently. We will definitely be using their services again for future projects.

AC went out, called several companies who were booked out a week. I figured M&S's would be expensive, but I called and turns out pricing is not bad and service is excellent. My repair man was professional, explained the problem, and answered all my questions. I went ahead and signed up for the gold plan. Highly recommend!

Tony did our natural gasLeak. He not only found the leaks but change piping, valves to code that took all his day. He left our home about 9 PM! He wouldn't stop until all the work was done, done right. Being a handyman myself, I would steal him to work for my company if I wasn't retired. He's a teacher at his company and it shows. Everything was installed better then new. I'm not sure about the other techs but this one will make a great name for the company. He was also respectful of our property and home. Good guy! Toliny Plumbling & Electric was recommended by my warrenty company to solve a problem with a 220 circuit for my water heater. He arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job in 15 minutes! Unfortunately, after the job was complete, we waited over 1.5 hours for a response from my warranty company so that he could close out the service request, which was an inconvenience for us both. Although, dealing with my warrenty company was frustrating, I am glad I had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful service company. I will definitely call Toliny Plumbing & Electric for future projects and services and will recommend them to anyone looking for great prices in addition to excellent and timely service.

Outstanding customer service and great work. Water leak on a Sunday afternoon is not an ideal time to find help, but this business responded immediately and did a great job. I highly recommend this business for any repair work needed. Paul is amazing!

First, I love that they were able to find an opening on such short notice (5 days before). Two, the handyman got to work immediately in removing a washer and dryer as well as dismounting 2 tvs. He also checked our bifold doors that were not originally on the order but one came off that morning. Since he did such a great job on this, we definitely plan on reaching out to Ace for the work needed on our new house.
Ace has proven to be a reliable network for me to use. I use them for my rental property in Chicago but was not aware they service Charlotte.
