Best Heater Maintenance in Charlotte NC

Very rude. I only called for an estimate and the man on the phone was rude and belitto. Treated me as if I had no idea what was going on. I was able to manage most of the problem and then he was very indirect and snippy. I would never use a company that spoke thay way to a customer Over the phone reguardless of the good reviews.

Justin replaced my water heater, garbage disposal and a few pipes that were missing under one of my sinks. I just bought this condo and that's the work that it needed and he handled it very professionally. The price was right on point and everything. Cleaned up behind himself, took his shoes off when he came in so that he didn't track any mud. This was a great transaction.

Great job. Will use this service again.

Jeremy was awesome! This is the second time we have used Wyatt Works. Both times they have been on time, kind, respectful, gave full explanation of the work to be done with detailed breakdown of costs. Texted beforehand with a picture of the tech that was coming so you knew who to expect. We will definitely use them again.

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

Services rendered in November 2021. I was told by manager Brittany that I would receive assistance with an itemized bill to send to my insurance company. Even after numerous calls, the bill was still not itemized the way the insurance company requires. They stop responding to calls for help. I got screwed big time by this company.

Technicians get a 5 star for their work. The low rating is for the customer service. This company left me with an astronomical bill to pay when I have insurance that will cover a potion of the bill. Only thing that was required was an itemized bill for which they insist the can not give. This is totally crazy. They don’t care about helping you once they have received their money. They left me high and dry. I would not recommend this company. This is a revised rating.

Had a wonderful experience from the moment Parrish answered the phone. Extremely polite and accommodating. Shane was very professional when he came to our facility to look at the job I had here for them. No nonsense people that I appreciate.

There are so many great things to say about this crew! Their customer service on the phone was informative, quick, and non-pressured. Our plumber, Mike, was prompt and friendly. He stayed on task and made sure that everything was cleaned up after fixing the garbage disposal. We were more than pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

Pathmaker Plumbing was great, we called around 9pm on a Sunday night that we had a 100% blockage in our sewer drain system. We received a call less than an hour later that they could make it to our house the next day on Monday. Ben was very communicative in when he would be arriving and assured us he could make it before the end of the day Monday. Ben was great in talking to us about everything he was doing and what it was going to take to remedy the problem. He did everything he could do to also ensure there were no other issues down stream from the clog. We are very grateful for Pathmarkers ability to respond so quickly and personable personnel. Turns out the plumber before we bought our house left the seal plug in used for permitting the system and that’s what caused our blockage.
