We called when we realized we had a leak. The problem was more extensive than we originally thought. They worked with us to come up with a repair plan that would both work, and to fix our budget.They worked late into the night (not leaving until after 10pm, in order to make sure that we had use of our toilet and shower.)The were pleasant, capable, and quick. I can highly recommend them..

Mike arrived on time, was courteous, put on his shoe booties, and went to work clearing the drain line. I felt the price for doing so was reasonable.

However, I asked Mike to look at another sink where the stopper lift was difficult. He diagnosed the obvious problem and quoted the repair from his price book. The price was truly outrageous, I thanked Mike but told him I would repair the sink myself. If I was living in New York or New Jersey the price probably would have seemed more reasonable. I would suggest the Pineville WyattWorks come to an understanding that a New York based price book is far too rich for the Charlotte market and that its use will encourage customers to rapidly gravitate away from the company.

I called Charlotte Plumbing to fix a basement toilet that wasn't flushing. Turns out the issue was the sewer ejector pump. Guitar and Jimmy did an awesome job fixing the issue; they were able fix the pump so we avoided the expense to replace it. They even helped work through an issue where the home builder covered part of the pump with concrete; it was a sloppy job by the home builder but the guys went above and beyond to make it right (at no additional cost to original pump quote!). They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, which I always appreciate. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Joe Keever and Dustin White. These guys were super professional, knowledgeable and payed extra attention to their work. They were very pleasant and I felt at ease with them doing the work. I actually requested them and I’m glad for it!

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

The employee who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, and got right to business. He handled the issue and provided us with a preventive pipe shield solution to help keep the issue from re-emerging. I was very pleased with his service.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

Brandon was right on time for the estimate and Jason was the same for install. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making what was a chaotic, at best, and dangerous at worse, gas and water situation for a condo hot water tank efficient and professional. Jason worked tirelessly the entire time he was here.

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home. Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!
