He went above and beyond to explain everything so I would have a better understanding of the problem, what caused the problem and the best way to fix it. His work is precise and dead on. He's the only one I would ever use and trust from this point on and I highly recommend you do the same!

He provided me with options for next steps in which I decided to replace my water heater. He called in a second technician, Malicah, to ensure the install would be complete same day. Marty and Tyler, a father-son team, came to our house today and installed two new kitchen faucets, unclogged a shower and several other drains, and diagnosed another leak under the house. They did a great job, were super nice and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

They kept me up to date; sharing with me their progress every step of the way. They quickly changed by nervousness about the project ( Changing pipes) to calmness knowing I was in good hands . AAA City Plumbing did a great job. I called in the AM and a tech was out by the afternoon. The technician, Shane diagnosed the problem and gave me my options and estimates. Brett and his team were not only super responsive, they were very professional, forthcoming and honest about what I needed. There pricing was also very fair for a better quality product than what I could've purchased on my own through a big box retailer. Thank you guys for a job well done!!

So many weird things. First, I called to get them to come out and fix our problem. Our downstairs toilet in our split level home was flooding when we would use ANY water. If we tried to shower or flush a different toilet, water would POUR out of the downstairs toilet and flood the room. When I first called, they told me when the plumber would come and told me about a separate company that would do a clean up and was optional and they would call me AFTER the plumber showed. This service, instead, showed up at my house...no call or anything, at 3:15 (our plumber was supposed to come out at 6:30). After that complete confusion, we didn't want anything cleaned til the problem was fixed, Roto called and said the plumbers were running extremely late so we reschedule for their suggested window the next day; 12-4. They called the next day at 2 pm and told me we were next on the list and the plumber would be there soon. At 4, I called them. The man on the phone said he doesn't know why they would tell me I was next and didn't know about the 2 pm phone call at all. By 6:30, I spoke to a DIFFERENT guy, and he said they could come out at any time of the night if I wanted to be left on the schedule, and I did, as I could not use any water in my home at all. I got a call within 5 minutes after speaking with this man, from a woman who said they did not have a plumber for me at all that night. I was shocked and explained to her I had JUST talked to a man that said they don't have an end time and can come out in the middle of the night if it was ok with me, she said that was true. Our plumber eventually showed up at 8:30. Stan the Russian plumber was amazing and is the only thing saving me from giving this a one star review. He knew exactly what to take care of and went straight to work. It was obvious he loves his job and we could trust that he would get the job done expeditiously.Roto was full of random phone calls, each contradicting the last. They were obviously disorganized and took no notes on my file each time I spoke with a representative. It was frustrating and annoying that I had to fill THEM in on the phone calls I had with every representative for two full days. They need to be more organized, take notes for their files, and communicate better.

From the estimate to the completion of the work, they were professional and responsive. Great work.

Wasn't expecting all my work not to be done. Got estimate which was good and schedule installing of chandelier and pendant lights. Installer could only do pendants after spending half hour going to hardware store to materials. I was a little perturbed that the installer did not have all the equipment needed to do the job. Didn't get chandelier installed due to lack of equipment needed. Had to reschedule. FYI, make sure the estimator knows all about the lighting you need installed, so the installer has all the needed items to install them.

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Additionally, the associate that manages the phone and office was very personable. It's becoming rare to call a business and get a real person these days. It is easy to recommend this plumbing company to others.

I had a plumbing issue that resulted in water damage at a brand new office building. I was panicked and felt sick to my stomach. I wasn’t sure what the next steps were going to be. Roto was quick to respond and get someone out to my property. Eric walked me through the process and helped access the damage. I instantly felt better because he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He helped me understand the process. Sena arrived shortly after to begin the repair. He was so kind, professional, and really worked hard to make sure that the job was completed in a way that exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication from the very first call to hearing updates during the appointment to hearing findings at the end. I called for help finding any possible leak in a rental condo and someone was able to come within a few hours! He was extremely thorough and persisted to do a complete check. Would definitely call them again!
