Not reliable at all. I had an appointment booked several days ahead for window of 3:30-5. At 4:00 I reached out as I had not heard from anyone. Was told it was still on schedule but plumber was on another job and would call me. As it approached 6:00 I called again, spoke to wife of owner said they work late and was still going to happen that she would call plumber then call me back. 7:30 received call from plumber stating not gonna happen and for me to call and reschedule. Called this morning and was told they were all booked. This sets the timing on my project completely off due to their inability to effectively run a schedule. I get things happen but several times told it was still happening and I would be called back and wasn’t and then to make no effort to get it handled today really shows what kind of company they are. I advised that I guess they don’t want my business and now I have lost a weeks of time and have to start over with the other guys that I should have used in the first place. Unless you can wait and wait I do not recommend!

Jason Kissling came to my home to clear a clog in my kitchen. He was able to have it cleared in under an hour. So happy he was able to get it done in that short of time. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has a lifetime customer now.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. This is my second time using Charlotte Plumbing Masters, and John was the plumber both times. On a previous occasion he installed tank parts for two toilets. He was very fast and did the job right. This time he fixed a leaky faucet. John gave some advice about taking care of our other plumbing fixtures and was very friendly. He arrived early and did a fantastic job. I will call back for any repairs or renovations we need in the future.

I had Bliss Plumbing install a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater today and both technicians Brandon & Andrew were fantastic. Jeremiah did incredible work and solved a drain problem that two other professional plumbers couldn't. He really knows what he is doing and is professional, kind, super clean (very conscious of cross contamination or soiling my house or possessions during repair process,) I would hire him ten times over because I was so satisfied with his work, his attitude, professionalism, PRICE, and his ability to solve tough cases! Of course, since he fixed it, I won't need to hire ten more plumbing jobs ??? but I'll surely call next time I have a drain or root problem!!

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)
