Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Charlotte NC

I typically do not write reviews,but felt compelled to do so today. My family, friends, and neighbors have been using Julian's Plumbling for the last 15 yrs. Our plumber, Jason, has been outstanding with repair work and advice during this time. I would not trust anyone else with our plumbing issues. Guys keep up the good work!

Mike came by and checked my water heater and plumbing. I had no idea the water heater was from 1999. Mike gave me very reasonable estimates to replace the tank and to add on a tankless water heater. Mike was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

I was quite nervous because I had just bought my first house that was supposed to have all new plumbing, but things turned ugly the first time we tried to do a load of laundry. Although the plumbing was new it was installed incorrectly and technically illegally. Our gray water was emptying into a pit underground in our back yard. After having 3 different plumbers come look at the problem and assess, I quickly realized Chris with Mr. Rooter was the best choice. He investigated the situation thoroughly and was able to figure out the issue when the other plumbers assumed my cast iron pipe was the issue. To top it all off their team came and fixed the issue two days later on July 3rd of all days when no one else is open! They were also the cheapest option and courteous the entire time they were at my house. Chris and his team were in and out in less than a day and replaced all the drainage pipes under my house. They cleaned up once they were done and with the exceptions of the improvements you would never know they were here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. I know I will be calling them again in the future when I undoubtably will need a plumber again! Overall great service, value, and people at this company!

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

I went on there website and requested for them to come out to my house on the same day. They called me to confirm the request for that afternoon. After I confirmed they said they would come out the next day in the morning?????? I asked why when they called to confirm for that day. They had no answer and left me confused. I'll never call them again

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Michael was excellent from Bliss Plumbing. I went through Lowe's and bought a garbage disposal and the installation. He installed my garbage disposal and unclogged my sink. I did have to pay an extra 135.00 for the clog in my sink filled with water on both sides. I got a family member to help me at first but he didn't know what he was doing. But at least I don't have this problem with my sink. I have a new garbage disposal installed and now I can wash my dishes.

Randy was awesome. Friendly, courteous and explained everything he was either doing or going to do. He noticed something extra on the invoice which wasn't needed and saved us some money. Highly recommend this business.

I was very pleased and highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing. John was very professional, personable and priced right. He accessed the issue and throughly explained to me what had occured and actions needed to fix it. What set him apart from most is that he took the time to
reattach my toilet seat and to tighten my jiggling faucet. He was only there for a water leak.

We were highly satisfied with our experience overall and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and water filtration needs!

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.
