A fantastic experience! Jason reached out to me early in the morning and arrived by noon. I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

Never in a million years would I ever write a review about a company but when you call a number because someone told you to look them up and they turn out to be AWESOME. Our service technician was wonderful. He was so courteous, professional, and helpful. After I told him that we were planning to remodel the bathroom, he helped me find a cost effective solution for our plumbing issue and got us up and running again.

John Bird came out and helped with our after-hours emergency service. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was fixed and working well before he left. Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. Customer Services was responsive friendly and attentive to our needs, They scheduled a tech for us within a 2 hour window. Our tech, Stan arrived in about an hour and was also attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He promptly got to work and found cause of the problem in a very short period of time. Once the work was completed he suggested additional tips and services for up keep. Thanks again Stan.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

Was having issues with sink draining due to clogging. Had an amazing tech named Tony come out and helped fix our issue. He was very informative and let us know the situation at hand.

Chris and Julian were great. Never late, prompt estimate and work scheduling. Julian is a master at work. I watched his entire job installing a gas water heater. I would never call another plumber. Could not be more pleased with every aspect of my experience with IRV.
