Queen City replaced our whole house with plumbing due to a leak under our slab. Instead of Jack hammering through our slab, we elected to replace all of our plumbing. Our quote was very reasonable especially compared with other well known plumbing companies in the Charlotte area. Donald, Fernando, Hayden, and Dakota were great and reasonable and They took 2 days with just four guys. They kept the cutting of walls to a minimal and even were able to not cut holes in main living area. They tried to keep as little of cutting as possible. They cleaned up every night and walked through what they did every day. During the replacement, I asked for a new shower valve and they replaced that for very reasonable cost since they realized what I was already in for. They went above and beyond to make sure all fittings were in code for existing ones and even switched one shower fitting out due to it not being in code. They came through after and ensured screw protectors were in place and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend to anyone for plumbing in the future.

Our water heater stopped working and within 24 hours Wyatt Works Plumbing was able to access and fix the situation. We were given several options and quotes which were all reasonable. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional.
