I am a single mother and home owner so I have experienced bad services that try to insult my intelligence and get over as if I were desperate and they arw the only option. I signed up for IRV's monthly service being that my house is almost ten years old and needed their hvac service the next day as well. The electrician was professional, more like a handyman that was part of the family, honest, helpful, and excellent service. My air conditioner would not come on (why I needed the HVAC service) he and I were both sweating, and he did not complain not one time or rush through the job although the heat was excrutiating. Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

I found Ace handyman Services West Charlotte to be punctual, polite and most important, honest. they came to repair a badly installed window and told me the initial crew could not do it, but that they would send another, more experienced team. That was most reassuring. They may not have fixed that window, but they established trust and respect.

I was confirmed an Appointment on Monday 3/28 with Jeff between 8AM and 10 AM. . At 11:0 AM I was advised that they were running late due to an emergency. They arrived at 2 PM. and it was not Jeff. I later asked the two Plumbers when they were due at my house . They said 1 PM which was later changed to 3 Pm. The work was done but I thought the $50 charge was too expensive. My prior experience not been satisfactory as I had a water Heater pump that did not work and then the Plumber who installed the second one was not familiar with it and it took two more visits to get it correctly functioning.
