Dave came out and installed a new soft water infiltration system to replace the old one that was out of date and not working. Dave was out a few months earlier to replace a busted pipe and educated me on why I needed the infiltration system since I had a well. I am very satisfied with the work done.

WyattWorks is a great company. Jeremy came today to give us a quote on replacing a few plumbing items in our home. Very professional and took time to explain options. We will be using WyattWorks again and again!

I have used Roto Rooter for years and the service has always been excellent. No job seems to be too big or too small. The service people are always courteous and prompt. I would not use anyone else.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Cory installed the new toilet and 3 faucets, contracted by Lowe’s. He was extremely professional and did a great job.

Tony did a great job. I was not able to be there but he took care of everything that I needed to bring my water heater and kitchen sink up to code.

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

He fixed my spicket outside my house was very professional and courteous and efficient.

They fixed my toilet and leak. So far so good and no issues as of now.

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! They didn't make me feel bad by asking what happened or how long it had been in that condition; they just WENT TO WORK! Thanks guys! Y'all are Awesome!!!

I had a few plumbing items from our home’s inspection report that I wanted to follow up on once we moved in. I chose to call Pathmaker Plumbing based on their reviews and the fact that they were local. John Stokes did not disappoint and lives up to all the praise posted about him. I’m glad I took the inspector’s advice to contact a professional, as John was able to discover some of the listed items truly needed attention and replacing, which we suspected and were prepared for. John was honest and personable and took the time to educate us on what we needed to do and what could wait. He installed a new kitchen faucet of excellent quality compared to what we had. We saw John again that week to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Both appointments, John called ahead, was on time, and addressed any concerns we had in a relaxed, friendly manner – when he’s working with you, your home is his focus and he’s not rushed to get in and out. I would not hesitate to contact Pathmaker Plumbing again and highly recommend them.
