Sewer line was clogged. Called Roto-Rooter and two techs arrived within the hour. They were very professional and had the line cleared within minutes. Afterwards, I had the line videoed and the video tech discovered another blockage further down the line. the video tech called the two techs back and they cleared the line a second time at no additional charge. Very professional service.

This was a pleasant ending to a nightmare of a day! Jordan appeared on the scene, identified our problem and solved it in very short time. This was AFTER we had another plumber from a well known NATIONWIDE company work on our issue and DID NOTHING to help us get one working bathroom (out of 3) and charged us more than DOUBLE what Jordan and Charlotte Pluming Masters charged to do the same thing, this time with success! Jordon resolved the issue and stuck around to insure our satisfaction. Great Job! Glad to know there are Honest, Local companies with good employees in the plumbing business here in Charlotte.

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Hire this guy, he's amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.
