Jody was our technician. He was amazing! Very personable and professional. Truly someone you feel comfortable bringing into your home and inviting back for dinner! I will say the services were a bit pricey for a leak detection (note not a repair) + faucet installation for $900. There were several additional rusted small parts he identified and replaced however we supplied the faucet parts.

Kris is an awesome technician. Prompt, extremely professional, and courteous. He installed my hot water heater and took the time to explain some of the steps he had taken with the install and how he made sure the gas line wasn't damaged or leaking.
