Best Drain in Charlotte NC

Our office has a water pump on our break room sink. After the property management company of the building sent another company out and we were told that we were going to have to purchase a new pump for $420+labor, we decided to contact Julian's Plumbing, Inc. The two service techs that came out were wonderful, polite and professional. Not only did we not need a new pump, but we were taught a very simple trick to prevent the pump from getting stopped up again. Would highly recommend these guys!!!

Had a blocked drain and vent pipe in our hall bath. Quick, clean, courteous! Vinton was great to work with.

The plumber showed up on time and completed necessary repairs.

Ricky did an exellent job. He did everything he could do to fix the problem. Unfortunatly it didn't work. But he told me it might not work before he started. So he's coming back wednesday to try something else. Very pleased with his work. Thanks!

I had a leak in my front yard, called Charlotte Plumbing, who gave me a quote over the phone, shopped around to several places to compare prices and they were the only ones who would even talk about how much it could cost to repair and gave options with pricing, all the other plumbers wanted to charge $100-$200 just to give a quote. Called them back, told me they would have to call 811 to get the lines in the yard surveyed and they would be out the next day to replace the water line. The gentlemen came out around 1pm the day after yard was surveyed, spent about 2 hours replacing the line and were able to do so without tearing up my drive way, and the quote I was given was the price I paid. If I ever have plumbing work done again in Charlotte I know who I am calling.

Sent Tim to adress the issues we had very promptly. He was not only thorough and quick with the repairs but made recommendations for other inspections and service we had not thought of before like servicing the tankless water heater (which works much better now). Will definitely use their service in the future.

I've used Rapid-Rooter Plumbing several times for plumbing repair/installation. Chris Jones always does great work and is very professional.

While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Christian! He was super patient and went way out of his way for me. Showed me stuff on cameras and explained every bit of it! Even joked around with my kiddo! Great people. Great knowledge. Great service. Great price.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I really like this plumbing company because they give you honest information on what you need to fix and what is ok. The guy that came out took pictures of my pipes under my house and explained what each pipe was so that I would understand why there was a problem. The manager Tim is also very nice and easy to reach by phone. He is extremely professional and takes his time explaining everything as well. I appreciate the amount of detail these guys go into because I am not a plumber and have no clue what stuff is.

Tony was amazing. He installed the hot water heater, fixed pressure and leak. Will definitely use them again.

Matthew was very nice and he was patient as I peppered him with questions. He did a good job explaining the maintenance plan. He was willing you partner with me on a warranty issue on my air scrubber that was installed by another company. Looking forward to IRV responsiveness on the matter!

John installed a recirculating pump on my tankless system. Now instead of waiting 2 minutes for hot water it’s there in 2 seconds. Life changing! John is reliable and dependable. I will definitely keep his number.

McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend
