Thank you, Brian for your professionalism and customer service. But most importantly, thank you for being knowledgeable, taking your time to assess my issue, and thoroughly explaining my options. Your honesty and polite demeanor were greatly appreciated! As a woman I sometimes feel that contractors are trying to take advantage of my $$, so I can be a little on the defense in these type situations. But, Brain was very patience with answering my questions, explaining his action plan, and didn’t mine showing me what exactly he was working on. He was able to ‘Complete’ my job same day and within a few hours. Could have taken a lot less time had I not been asking so many questions. He doubled checked and checked again to make sure everything was working properly before he left. My price was reasonable, but who wants to pay for plumbing. I’d rather buy shoes!!

Chris solved my issue quickly and efficiently, and was able to come out on short notice in less than 2 hours for a reasonable late hours rate.

Electrician was very good and quickly diagnosed and repaired the faulty GFCI.
