Tyler did a fabulous job. He was here all afternoon and change the hot water heater and fix the plumbing leaks and I did a really good job at 5 star.

The plumber from Rapid-Rooter (TJ) was great. He quickly assessed the severity of cloggs in several bathtubs and sinks and fixed them. TJ was very professional and charged a fair price for his services.

Sewer line blockage. The first plumbing company I consulted told me I had to remove a huge tree and then they could replace the sewer line. $$$$$.Wanting a second opinion I called Roto-Rooter. A plumber was here shortly there after and with a camera was able to locate the problem under the foundation not the tree. By noon the next day all work was completed. This accurate diagnosis of the problem saved money and a tree. Thanks Roto-Rooter

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Tony Williams showed up on time and was responsive and able to diagnose our issue to save us from a costly repair. He communicated everything he was doing and was able to clear the blockage.

Our technician, Andy, was outstanding. I called HomeServe and am So pleased I.R.V. Plumbing answered the call! Stressed that my toilet overflowed because it shares a line out of the house with washing machine AND ruined a section of my wood floors! Andy came in, inspected, assessed, explained, repaired (cleared) the line and even cleaned the floor area before re-installing my toilet. Awesome!

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.
