Gus and Luke did a wonderful job modifying our cable wiring to the second floor. they took great care of our walls that were involved, just did a great job. I highly recommend them!!!!

Showed up and diagnosed a bad float switch. I already knew that. Im sure they are very good but they gave me an outrageous price to replace it. Used someone else for half the price.

Service was not the best on 06/12/2020. Tech showed up on time was the only good thing. Tech was not familiar with the warranty program and tried to charge me another trip fee which I had paid prior to IRV HVAC arriving and Tech was not following CDC guidelines and attempted to enter my home without a MASK, which he claimed he was not equipped with any MASK. My Mail Man happened to be present and supplied the Tech with a MASK. My AC problem is the damper opening and closing the Tech got the damper to open by tapping on it manually. Told me to tap on it if it happen again, but the warranty company would not cover as long as the damper was able to function and if the motor burned out then I could use the warranty company. So one day later I’m back to no air in my Loft. Problem not solve. Clearly the Tech was really unfamiliar with the warranty program. Not sure if I would use IRV HVAC again.

My appointment to install an over-the-range microwave was originally scheduled for Oct 2nd, but the microwave didn’t arrive on time. They were really patient with me and became instantly available for installation on Oct 7th. Chris came immediately after another service and installed the microwave without any issues. Highly recommend this company!

The tech was prompt, courteous and personable. He did an excellent job of replacing a 24 year old refrigerator water line valve. However, the use of flat rate pricing and call out charge resulted in a $500 bill for 30 minutes of on site work.
