Excellent service! When we moved to Charlotte in 2004 and needed a plumber, someone recommended Benjamin Franklin. We've had great luck with them over the years! I called yesterday and they were able to come out right away to fix things! The service is great, Mike B. was very courteous and efficient, and we are very happy with our experience!

Quoted almost double another provider and previously had been unwilling to offer an opinion despite requiring photos and video of the issue ahead of time. Quoted what essentially worked out to $925 an hour for labor and then asked for a dispatch fee (although it was a reasonable fee) which the dispatcher did not disclose when I specifically asked for one.

The attendant was nice and professional.

Work to be perform was significant. It was well communicated, timely performed and very well executed.

Logan was an excellent partner to help us with a powder room wrap to correct some damage done by demo team.

AAA City Pumbing was able to get a technician to my house within an hour when I had a shower that would not turn off. My house is over 100 years old and does not have a shut off for the whole house. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained wheat was wrong and what needed to be done. He had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service!

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

From Tim who answered the phone and schedule appointments, he’s very knowledgeable, all the way to Diyan, plumber, (And his colleague, I’m terribly sorry I can’t remember his name) , who arrived To complete the installation, And all the follow up afterwards to make sure all was well. Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.

The owner, John Stokes, provides quality workmanship. So many tradesman seem to cut corners to save. It is worth a little more to hire an honorable and knowledgeable company, which are two attributes of Pathmaker Plumbing.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Will use them again from any plumbing needs that I have. Thank YOU!!!

This was hands down the best service I have ever received! Ben was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, polite and beyond fast! He repairs two toilets that would have taken me hours to do in less than 30 min! Would definitely use again! Give them a call and if you can request Ben as your technician !

Jody came on time and stayed until the issues were fixed. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and knowledge that he has showed. This is the 2nd time he has come to my residence and each time has been a pleasant experience.

I called them 2 weeks ago with a need (leaking from unknown kitchen spit) and was told someone would come on Monday. They never did. I called and was told the person didn’t write a time down but they had my info (a call would have been great then!). Also told someone would call btwn 9-10 on Tuesday. No call. I called at 11:30 and the lady was very short and said “let me call you back I need to see how he’s scheduling his day.” Odd since I figured your office staff made the schedules. And guess what? I didn’t get a call back until yesterday. That was 1.5 weeks later. The message was “call us back; we have a service man for you.” No apology. No explanation for the 1.5 weeks silence. Do better. I ended up having another plumber coke and help id the leak. Do better.
