My elderly neighbor had her electrical ripped off the outside of her home by a downed tree. It is July in the Carolinas and she is in her nineties... I contacted Roby... Every single person was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They worked hard (in the rain) to make sure that the job would be done quickly, on a Friday, so that the inspection could happen and the power would be restored that day instead of the next week. They worked all day to make sure that the resident, me, the inspector and the power company were on the same page... Thanks so much to Allen and Ryan!!!

Thomas Parker was awesome. Took care of emergency business needs and was very helpful.

I have been working with them to replace my compressor. Lennox has a back order on them. After two weeks they call with part. Myra worked around my schedule to get the first available. Brian and CJ replaced part on Friday only for it to fail. CJ waited for 3 hrs to get a replacement part while Brian removed and did heating inspection. Satiria called to be sure service was excited. Great group of folks.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable can do attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

Very disappointed with this company's overall performance. I hired them to take care of a home inspection report for the sale of my home. They estimated $1535 for two days work, worked only one day, and still charged me $1535. Several of the items that were estimated to be replaced, upon inspection, required a less than five minute repair or no repair at all. Nonetheless, I was charged the same. Although they were prompt and courteous, I feel like I paid dearly for that. By my calculation, I paid about $100 an hour for their labor, which I think is outrageous.

A re-inspection of their repairs showed that the repairs were not satisfactory. I had to pay another company $550 to complete the work in time to close on the sale.

Also, I did not like the fact that they offered a $25 discount if the customer would write a review on their website. They actually got on the computer with me before they left to start the review. It felt very much like their 5 Star Rating was being purchased.

I would NOT recommend this company.

I have used Acosta for a few years now. They have been helping to maintain an older HVAC system for me until we are ready to replace it. They are always on time, thorough and professional. They have replaced a system for me in another home. I can count on the job always be completed to my satisfaction. On this visit, Luis noted a part that needed replacing. He was able to do it right away, helping me avoid a breakdown of my a/c when we need it most. Thank you!

Not going to highly recommend this service. Entire job was a battle to complete. While the electric work was fine and admittedly, the renovation work (outside of the service’s span of control) was delayed by cabinet company delays— the installation of appliances was done incorrectly. Microwave, oven and dishwasher were literally just pushed into their space and not secured at all. Had to have a second person come and do the job correctly (and my contractor had to spend his time assisting as a double wall oven install is not a one man job.). I had to secure the other appliances myself which I had paid this firm to complete. Lighting fixture installations and new outlet installs did turn out very nice. The experience was probably a 6 out of 10 but the interaction with owner (which started out great) left a bad taste in my mouth.
