We had an issue with work performed and the office manager (no longer there) was not responsive at all, creating frustration and lingering issues. Once Lacey got involved things took a turn for the better and Fernando came out to meet with me to discuss our issues. His professionalism went a very long way in de-escalating what had become a hot topic. He understood the issues quickly and came up with a more than acceptable solution and then installed everything quickly. They turned the situation around to my satisfaction.

Dajzan Hunter did a great job first by looking at all the different angles before installing our new water line for our refrigerator/ freezer / ice maker located on our screened in porch. He took the time, he took the ownership of this installation. He is outstanding and I highly recommend him through anyone who has any plumbing needs. If I ever need anything again in this field, I pray Dajzan Hunter is the man who comes and takes care of it.

Solomon Flash came out and analyzed the issues I have been having and helped considerably to get my plumping back on track.

The technician, Daniel P., arrived on time for the appointment and was professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, provided his initial thoughts, and went over each of the options with us. While here, he also took a look at some other small issues we were having and helped us with ideas on how to fix them. We will definitely be calling Option One for our future plumbing needs.

The main sewer line at my house needed repaired. Travis (4566) called ahead and arrived when he said he would. Travis was very professional and courteous. He told me the damage to the sewer line was caused by the roots of a bush growing close to the line. He explained to me how he was going to repair the damage and he worked into the night to complete the repair. I am very pleased with his work and I would request Travis to do needed work in the future.

Service was quick and they can't me well informed. Surprised how quick I could have a tech out and to complete the hot water install. The tech was awesome. Worked hard and kept me informed through out the process. Also gave me options and show a high level of concern to do everything correctly, high standards and to my satisfaction. Paid a little extra getting the tank from them instead of purchasing my own for them to install. But liked the peace of mind of not only the work but the tank being covered if any issues arrive. Customer service friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

John installed a recirculating pump on my tankless system. Now instead of waiting 2 minutes for hot water it’s there in 2 seconds. Life changing! John is reliable and dependable. I will definitely keep his number.

Service was great! Was able to come out on short notice on the same day the replacement part arrived from the manufacturer. Very curious as well, everything was done while baby was napping with no issues.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

Both reps were very professional. Took the time to explain in detail what had occurred. Even provided tips on how to maintain and prevention. Rep was able to snake the drain and open. Appreciated the extra effort taken to snake 2 additional times after clearing to assure immediate issue was cleared. 2nd rep also took camera down the drain and showed me 1st hand what was being seen. Appreciated that transparency. Service was excellent!
