The service tech was on time, explained what was needed to be done and left the place spotless. This is the third time I've used Mr Sparky and I recommend them to everyone.

Kyle showed up exactly on time. He knew exactly what he needed and knocked out the job quickly and efficiently. All you a can ask for. Kyle was also polite and professional.

Brian and Nathan did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything that needed to be done to resolve my issues.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Two men tried and failed: my light fixture in my bath kept falling off the wall. I contacted four handy-men and no one answered their phone EXCEPT this man: Paul! He calmed me when I was at my wits end. Brian came the next evening and not only did he fixed and stabilize the light fixture, but he completed an additional job with a light fixture to my guest bathroom. I plan to call these great men again. Their work was professional, fast and very reasonably priced. Thanks Brian for a job well done and thank you Paul for answering your phone.

The team took on an install that another installer had bailed on, which I really appreciated. They fit me in for an appointment the day after I called and showed up on time! They removed the old microwave-oven combo for me and installed the new one in like an hour. Flawlessly professional guys and we finally have our microwave back!

Excellent service and customer service throughout, from the initial visit to provide a quote, through the appointment booking, visit and work carried out. Absolutely no job too small, I had lots of little jobs and all were carried out perfectly. Will definitely use them again for anything both large and small.

The visit was for an initial assessment coordinated through Lowe's. Jeff, Progressive's Service Technician called 30 minutes prior to his anticipated time of arrival. and showed up as estimated. Following his assessment of our water heater, he communicated the nature of the problem, and responded clearly to my request for options to resolve the problem to include providing cost estimates for the various options and a timeline to complete the job. Based on his professionalism and courtesy I was able to make an informed decision based on the availability of the equipment that would meet our needs. Ultimately, we elected to have Progressive complete the work.
