These guys were life savers. We had a major repair that was caused from our foundation settling. It cracked our sewage pipe, and had was leaking from the exterior, and starting to get in the basement. They were very understanding of urgency (and cost) and had it fixed that same day! They dug a 4 foot hole, jack hammered out my current connection, and had it fixed and repaired by the end of the day (around 7 pm). They sent out extra resources just to make sure it was completed on time.

They are also one of the few companies who will come out without an initial charge. I've had them come out before and they were upfront and honest about what I could do myself to save a few bucks.

We have a very poorly installed drain system. The developer actually put angles in one section to get the pipe to connect to the clean out when they subdivided the lot. We either have a crack or the seals weren’t properly glued all those years ago. This is the second time we have had this company out to clear roots out of the line.

Because of the angles Larry had a hard time getting the auger to go through. He kept working and we were to the point where we had consider whether to dog. I told him I was praying and suddenly it went through. He exclaimed “got it”. And just about fell over. I just about hugged him I was so grateful!

We are a medical family on the Covid unit and my nerves are shot. I just can’t handle anything else right now. In the future we will have them dig this up and fix it.

Brett was able to find a replacement water heater during this time of shortages and install within 4 hours of our call and on a Monday! They communicated the process so we knew what to expect and left everything virtually spotless. We had a garbage disposer call just the week before and 5 stars for Johnny on that call. Placed a call on Saturday for clogged sewer line. A technician responded in about 45 minutes to clear the line. Unfortunately the next morning I experienced the same issues. Called back on Easter Sunday. Again the response was was within the hour. This time the technician was Keith Barker. Keith was polite and professional. He helped me remove my septic tank lid, at which time he discovered the pipe going in was still clogged. Keith snaked it again, this time clearing the line. Keith did an outstanding job !!! Thanks Roto-Rooter and to Keith for a job well done. Would not hesitate to call for there service and would highly recommend.

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

Honest and professional company. Johnathan repaired my tankless water heater. He was responsive and provided updates on the progress and able to explain what the issue was. From now on, EA Jones will be handling all of my plumbing issues.

I rarely write reviews. But after the worst nightmare experience with a handyman who broke a pipe by our sink and flooded our home, ruining our new hardwoods, and then disappeared without a trace, I was close to my breaking point. The first plumber at another organization who came out was somewhat rude and highly priced. But when I found John, he was a true home-saver/sanity-saver! He was responsive, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing each step of the way. As a new homeowner he put me at ease and even gave me some professional advice based on my awful handyman experience. Reasonably priced. And had a young man helping him as well who was equally kind/helpful while learning from John at the same time (sorry, forgot his name). And he is well connected to other reputable teams/services in the area if you find yourself in a similar bind like ours where you need more than just a great, trustworthy plumber. I have already referred him to my colleague and do not plan to use anyone else should we have more plumbing jobs come up in the future.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. ER plumbing has always been reliable and responsive. They have never tried to upsell me and on a few occasions tried to help me fix things over the phone. Today Will and mike installed a new water heater (in the rain). Both were incredibly polite and knew what they were doing. Thanks ER!

Our electrician Brian was extremely professional and did a great job in installing both the new electrical outlet and fan switch. He listened to the concerns I had in particular regarding the fan switch and walked me through the installation. Brian also called to update on arrival time which was nice. Much appreciate the next day service as well. I highly recommend Brian and will use Michael & Sons again should the need arise.
