My new AC unit is great, and the gentlemen who installed it were exactly that: gentlemen. Big applause for David and Brandon on the great work at my home. It was a long, hot day for them, and they had a cathedral ceiling to deal with, too. Not easy, and they did a fantastic job. So glad I went with Michael & Son after getting several bids.

Overall ok. He rebuilt two small wooden gates and adjusted the drop on a gutter. Seemed expensive (~$900), but maybe that's just what handymen cost these days. He borrowed some shovels and didn't clean and put them away.
