My kitchen drain pipes were occluded with grout from a recent tile job. I inadvertently dumped coffee grounds down the kitchen drain this AM, and that was too much for the pipes to handle. Zero water flow, and my best plunger wouldn't touch it. Stan came to the rescue, and was the most thorough plumber I've seen. He made sure that all my pipes were running free and clear. He also gave me some great tips on designing a septic system for a house that I will soon be building in the mountains, as that requires a completely different mindset than city sewer. Thanks Stan! I always rely on Roto Rooter because they do great work and stand behind it.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Had Adolfo and Oscar from Roto-Rooter in Charlotte at my residence earlier today for an emergency plumbing issue and these two young men are fantastic! Came in, introduced themselves, both dressed in clean pressed uniforms and got right to work. I offered them food and drink but they worked non stop for over five hours. When they finished up, Adolfo showed me the pipe issue that was causing the problem and already had someone lined up to call me in reference to replacing the problem area. Roto-Rooter supervisors, these two men represented your company and themselves very well today. Great job men, I thank you!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

John and his assistant did excellent work at a very fair price. I am going to be recommending them to everyone I know. I so appreciated his patience in drawing pictures and repeating concepts I didn't understand.
