Luke from Team Rooter came out to check a slow drain and toilet. He arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation.I was expecting to have to rooter the drains, but the water was flowing OK, with no stoppage. His recommendation was to give it a couple plunges and watch what we put down the toilet. He offered to pull the toilet and run a camera down there to see if there was any blockage, but since the water was flowing as expected, he thought that service would be excessive today.I agreed and thanked him for his honest appraisal. He also mentioned that they could do same day service if this happens again, so just give him a call back. No charge, just advise.Thanks Luke and the TR Plumbing team!

We had a fabulous experience with Bill Howe Plumbing. We were hosting a party at the iN Gallery with nearly 100 guests when, to our horror, the sewer line plugged and backed up. Both toilets overflowed and we had a real mess on our hands. After unsuccessfully wasting valuable time with 2 other 24/7 emergency plumbing services, we contacted Bill Howe plumbing who immediately dispatched Alex Phillmore who was on-site in less than an hour to save the party.
