Best Drain Cleaning in San Diego CA

Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

Did a comprehensive evaluation of our sewer blockage problem and corrected a backflow problem that caused sewage to return to our house that previous plumbers did not remedy. Came promptly which is not my experience with other plumbers in my neighborhood. Professional and courteous.Can't say it was a fair price because it is plumbing which always gives me sticker shock. Charges are about average for plumbers in my area for the work done. On par with dentists,lawyers etc.

Anderson installed my heating and air system and they offer a VIP service where they will come out and service the unit to make sure it’s working at 100%.Two months ago, my hearing stopped working and because of the VIP service the estimated repair cost ($575) was 100% covered and I paid nothing.I recommend Anderson for your heating, AC, water heating and plumbing needs.

Isaiah is very professional, but also friendly & polite. He seems to really know & like the plumbing business. Also, he has a great attitude about his work --very enthusiastic about working hard & doing a good job. And also willing to explain things & answer our questions about any necessary plumbing repairs -- as we are not knowledgeable regarding the details & intricacies of necessary plumbing repairs. We would be comfortable having him work on our plumbing any time.

The response was rapid and the work professional, and quick. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to tackle any future plumbing problems.

Had a great experience with Paws Plumbing this morning. They fixed the hose leak on the side of my house. Jacob was quick and efficient. Great communication and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Our entire experience with Rooter Hero was great from start to finish. We put in a request for quotes online via Yelp and Rooter Hero was prompt to follow up. They were able to send Ben and Michael out within a few short hours, and they were very professional upon arrival.We had a clogged drain that we'd tried to unclog for a few weeks. They were able to quickly resolve that issue, and Ben was even willing to not charge for the visit because it was such an easy fix (obviously I need to learn more about maintaining my drains :-)).Moving on to our toilet that was beyond repair, Ben was able to provide us with a variety of options and estimates. Neither was pushy or trying to upsell services. It felt genuine and I felt that I came away with a brief education of taking better care of my home.Once we selected our option, they were able to get everything done SAME-DAY! The new toilet is great, installed perfectly, and there was no mess after they left. They probably left my washroom cleaner than how they found it to be honest. I'm grateful for their work and will definitely be calling on Rooter Hero again for any other plumbing issues we have.

Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

From the minute Corey arrived at my home, he was very pleasureable to be with. A professional all the way. He gave me constant info on what he was doing, why he was doing it, as well as helpful tips on how to keep my plumbing in good working order. I found Ryan, the plumber, to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was on time, in fact even a little early, which is refreshing, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I would recommend this company highly and I plan to use them again for my next plumbing issue...since there always seems to be one with an older house.
