I called because I thought there might be a leak in the pipe. They came out and it was a leak in the wall. Checked other areas and found the toilet was leaking causing wall and floor damage. Replaced toilet and also found possible roof and electrical damage which they alerted me to.They then referred me to another company for more extensive leak assessment.I was very glad for the extra care they took in checking all areas of the house. I’m able to take care of the other issues to prevent further damage.

Daniel arrived within the scheduled time and was professional the entire time he was on site, he showed us what he thought was wrong and even conferred with an senior tech just to make sure he wasn't, completed his work in a very timely manner and make sure there wasn't anything else he could do, over all a very pleasant experience and will use the company again if ever needed.

Called yesterday and tried to explain what I needed done. Dispatch said I'm just dispatch, I'll send a tech to do a free estimate tomorrow. Great. This morning, they call to let me know the tech can come early. Great. about 20 minutes later there's a message telling me the tech isn't coming, they can't do the work I tried to explain yesterday. SERIOUSLY??? You couldn't have told me this yesterday so I could call someone else? I will never use a company that can't get the most BASIC thing right. Thanks for wasting my time!

Michael was pleseant, courteous, knowledgable. I found the entire inspection and related recomendations to be honest and definately would recomend their services to others. Costs were reasonable and affordable. Any other military or retired military should take this recomendation. I also want to comend the level of service as top notch and they show their appreciation for service members to be of a high quality and understanding.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

Had a serious drain problem at my house involving two bathrooms. Tony and company diagnosed the issue previous rooter companies had overlooked.
