Powers is a great company under new management and it really shows! My home was built in 1953 on a slab with cast iron pipes so I am no stranger to plumbing issues. I have dealt with a lot of different companies over the years but this one is exceptional. They have new top of the line equipment, excellent customer service, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and got the job done! Highly recommend!

I booked an eval of our leaky gas line and the core plumbing team was quick to answer the phone and book the appointment. They showed up on time and provided an estimate. We ended up not choosing to move forward with Core due to pricing but they were knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Will consider Core going forward.

Much appreciation to a great team, from the service scheduling phone rep who took my service order; to Karla, who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me navigate a conference call with the financing company (I'm hearing impaired); to my service tech, Gabe, who did a phenomenal job explaining the problem and my options. The next day, he installed a new unit and also discovered and replaced my broken main water pressure valve. And, to my surprise, he offered to re-install and check out my non-working bathroom under-sink electric water heater... at no charge. In only a few minutes, he had it working perfectly. Gabe put me back in business, with two repaired water heaters and a safe water pressure. Thanks, guys, for turning an unexpected repair into something to feel good about.

Jacob and Angus were on time, communicated well, and of course were skilled plumbers that got the job done! They were very thorough and I felt like they truly cared about doing great work. They took the time to answer questions and give me options and clear estimates for my repair. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. Paws called me first thing this morning after I left a message late last night stating my hose sprung a leak. They were able to come out within the hour....much to my relief! I would highly recommend them!

Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Very quick and professional. I called on a Sunday at 3:30pm because I had a main line blockage and water coming back up through my toilet seals and showers. They had someone dispatched and to my home by 4:15. Beecher was a supervisor in the area and came right over. From that moment on everything was very professional and efficient. Daniel was our technician and he was very thorough and friendly. It is now 6:30pm and my home’s plumbing has been fixed. I am very pleased with Rooter Hero and would highly recommend their services.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. Assessed the situation and had it fixed quickly. He also picked up from our conversation another possible issue and checked on that for me too. Mickey R. helped us out today. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. His expertise and the warranty offered by Plumbing Tree puts me at ease, along with the quality of work.
