Very unprofessional service. Called them for emergency drain cleaning, charged double the amount and wanted to cut some drain pipes to gain access; thankfully, I did not allow them to do that. The explanation provided was that they already provided me with a greatly discounted rate to start with, which has nothing to do with the work itself. The technician also left an unplugged drain, which caused flooding.Most of the visit was spent trying to upsell a restoration service and bill it to the home insurance, not actually fixing the problem at hand.

I liked the service I recieved for the money and the time they spent with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and was taken care of.

Great job. Very nice and friendly. Very open to explaining the possibilities and cost up front. I will definitely use them again.

Very skilled, professional plumbers. Easy to communicate with, very accommodating. Cleaned up after themselves. I thought they were a little pricey, but I got a perfect job. I guess that's worth a little extra. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I don't remember his name I think it's Tony, I did write down his truck number and he drives truck 293. Just want to say you are very lucky to have him. He is awesome. I was on the side of the road on the 94 freeway with a flat for awhile and nobody would stop to help. Your technician pulled over behind me without thinking twice and asked if I needed help. I had never changed a tired before so in joy I said yes please! He jumped right to it and changed it so fast. He even asked if I needed anything else. If I ever need a plumber I will sure call Bill Howe Plumbing! Thanks!

My wife and I are trying to sell our home and Aaron and Rooter Hero just saved us $5000. Aaron came out and looked at everything the home inspector said needed repair and found the two actual issues and had them fixed within the hour. The company was quick to respond to our request with same day service. Aaron was professional and efficient. This experience has made a crazy process a whole lot better. Aaron even walked through everything with my wife so she can deal with the realtor and the inspector that tried to scam us. I will call them again if I have any issues in the future.

Garrett was right on time, and also explained everything to me so I knew exactly what the charges were going to be. When it came time to pay, there was not a penny more in charges, which I think is a great thing...so many companies tell you the basic charge, but there's always something else to make it more expensive. Not with My Plumber and Garrett. I'll definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

I am extremely happy with this Roto Rooter business. Raul quickly determined the cause of my leaky shower faucet and fixed the problem immediately. My shower faucet now works better than it ever did. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. I will definitely utilize their services the next time I am in need.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They were available to come the next day, kept me informed about when they would arrive, and the tech who came, Gilbert, was one of the best service providers I have ever encountered. He was very nice and explained things early. He stayed late to finish the job and even let my daughter help (she was very curious). We will definitely use Plumbing Tree again.
