Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

I had a water leak inside and behind living room wall where the fireplace and mirror is.A plumber/owner came to look at it briefly and told me they won’t know where the leak coming from and they want me to spend $700 to hire a leak detecting company to find that out before they even start working on it.When I talked to Devin miller the plumber, he told me he may be able to do a diagnosis when he come and possibly find the leak without hiring leak detecting company.He spent a lot of time in the diagnosis, sure enough with his experience, he decided to access from the water heater closet which is outside avoiding cutting into my living room wall. Sure enough the pipe leak is right there and he fixed it in no time.Devein worked overtime until the leak is repaired and until the water heater is reconnected and outside of the closet to allow drying team access.Gilbert came the next day to make the extension longer to facilitate the drying process.Devin also has recommended a very good company for the drying process which I’m very happy with.I am so fortunate to have hired Devin.I can tell he had the expertise, the experience, and most importantly the heart to help me in my best interest.I am will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians. Emory Plumbing was the only company in San Diego who was able to find and repair a garbage disposal issue within a reasonable time. Their responsiveness and great customer service keep us coming back to them for any residential issues we have.

Unclogged outside drain. the technician, Dan was very professional and informative. Unfortunately they could not remove all of my roots because the supervisor, Billy, informed me they don't remove roots from pipes. I used another company to remove roots and started a maintenance program.
