Best Water Heater Replacement in San Diego CA

I contacted Discount Plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement. Their tech Antonio came and gave me a reasonable quote and was awesome. I told him I would contact him when I received the faucets so he can do the job. When I called him he said he could come Wednesday at 4pm, or would call me if he couldn't make it and would be at my home for sure the next day Thursday at 4pm. He never showed up or called me, I had to call him and he didn't answer. I called the main number for the business and the person who answered said that the window was from 4-6pm which I was never told, I was told he would be at my house at 4pm as I specifically told him I needed to leave by 5:45pm. The person on the phone apologized and scheduled it for Friday with a window of 2-4pm and even offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Friday 4pm came and nothing, I called the office and the person that answered said Antonio would call me. Never did. This is beyond bad customer service and completely unreliable. A phone call would have done it to say hey something happened or we can't do your job. But nope, nothing. Will never contact this business again.

We called Team Rooter because of a drain blockage problem. Hector arrived very promptly, and assessed the problem. He fully explained the process and continued to explain as he worked. When the job was completed, both Hector and Kenny explained some preventative measures we could take in the future. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. Great experience with PIC. Was able to get quoted on a Saturday night, fixed by Monday morning. They were half the price that I was quoted from Roto-Rueter and my technician, Aaron, was very professional and polite.

I called them for an estimate for work I need to have done. The technician came out and looked at everything. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was courteous and professional. However, I have not yet received a bid, so I don’t know if I will use their services.

Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

Justin is just incredibly awesome! As a Contractor myself, I have no problem recommending Justin for any sort of work. He's detail oriented for sure, is very respectful of me and my property. Being a Custom Painting Contractor myself, I'd steal him away from Joe in a Heartbeat!!! Sadly... I don't think Justin wants to paint anything more than his wife's kitchen or his son's bedroom. However, he is the most incredibly talented most respectful tradesmen we've ever encountered.Don't be silly and keep looking for a plumber without talent. Just call these guys. I want to genuinely thank EZ Plumbing USA for saving my house from the nasty slab leak. Moulds had covered my house when I called them after reading their reviews.
