Best Water Heater Replacement in San Diego CA

This was the first time I hired Point Loma Electric to come problem solve and run some new wires and circuits at my house. They did arrive within the two hour window as they said they would, actually only 15-20 minutes into that time window .They came prepared to do the job. The electrician David M, has 15+ years with the company . David is an excellent electrician , I showed him the problem and he gave me choices as to how the problem could be solved .We came to an agreement and he quickly went to work . Very clever man for having never been to my residence quickly figured out the circuits in the sub panel and knew what needed to be done to solve the problem.I am sure older houses like mine built in the early 1940's can be a challenge, no fun crawling under the house in the dirt or going into the attic where the temperature was probably 100+. I am very careful who I hire to come over to work at my house. Point Loma Electric has been around for about 30 years . Their electrician was very professional , the quality of work was to code and outstanding but more important , I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN OR TO REFER THEM TO NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS. If you do not understand electric and do not know how to do professional electrical repairs yourself , I think it is important to hire electricians from a company you can trust. My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

If I could give this business ten stars I would. The mantra of my life has been, It seemed like a good idea at the time yet that hasn't stopped me from spontaneous ideas. Admittedly, sometimes my ideas aren't the best because I may not fully know the scope of what I'm venturing into and that can become costly. When it's something related to money, that's a hit nobody wants to take. Back to my review... We were on the verge of making a substantial investment in a property, but because of Edison's very thorough expertise in his field, They steered us away from what would have been very costly mistakes and a lot of headaches. Their honesty was refreshing and it's obvious he's not out to make a quick sale for them self; They genuinely care about There profession and take pride in There workmanship. Edison Home Improvement company still would be my top choice. Call Them and take the weight off your mind because They are the real deal. Thanks, Guys, You did a great job.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great service, very fair price, the tech was friendly and thoughtful and not least of all, they scheduled the service call on my time frame, not theirs. I highly recommend this company!
