Best WATER LINE REPAIR in San Diego CA

Tried this place for a second opinion, turned out to be cheaper.
Two calls now, clog in one area, leak elsewhere.
Both schedulers have been super nice, both plumbers have been professional and helpful.

Customer service was exceptional and the technician, Raul, took care of business immediately. He was very professional, quick and polite. If you are looking for prompt, professional service with excellent pricing, call PIC Plumbing Services! We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself. He then proceeded to spend some time trying to snake the drain before it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak! For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

Had a backed up kitchen drain. Called Mr. Rooter and was pleased that the technician was able to come out within 30 minutes. Raphael was able to get to the root of the problem that was 50 feet down the line. He explained that the drain line will require additional repairs for a permanent fix. We will consider the options and make a decision soon. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing drain issues.

I've used Paws twice and they were excellent both times! We're in escrow on an old home that needs a handful of plumbing fixes. Nick showed up on time, investigated all of the issues encountered by the home inspector, explained causes and solutions to us, and prepared an estimate for us to present at the time we negotiate for credits. We were having issues getting other places to respond in a timely manner. Our sink had been backed up since Sunday evening and after multiple plumbers failed to respond we reached out to Rooter Hero Plumbing. I had a pipe that broke due to chlorine & other substances in our water. Mike Spear from My Plumber did an outstanding job checking our water quality and explaining how to prevent a recurrence by installing a water purification system. He carefully examined all our sinks for deteriorating valves and found several that needed replacement. He also looked at our 3 showers that had other problems.Mike had a great conversational style, carefully explaining everything in great detail and patiently answering all questions. He was very efficient, installing our purification system and doing multiple plumbing repairs---all on the first visit. His work quality was excellent.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!
