I called Discount Plumbing hoping for a quick visit since the kitchen sink was not operational. Jose came to the residence in a couple of hours as promised and quickly fixed a cracked drain pipe and replaced the garbage disposal. Jose was on time, communicated everything clearly, and did a quality job fixing our problem. I would highly recommend Discount Plumbing and Jose!

Luke from Team Rooter came out to check a slow drain and toilet. He arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation.I was expecting to have to rooter the drains, but the water was flowing OK, with no stoppage. His recommendation was to give it a couple plunges and watch what we put down the toilet. He offered to pull the toilet and run a camera down there to see if there was any blockage, but since the water was flowing as expected, he thought that service would be excessive today.I agreed and thanked him for his honest appraisal. He also mentioned that they could do same day service if this happens again, so just give him a call back. No charge, just advise.Thanks Luke and the TR Plumbing team!

Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. He was thorough and professional. Arianna worked hard to make sure I was taken care of and I thank them both. Definitely recommend PIC Plumbing.

They refused to fix my toilet. Insisted on doing a whole house review. Claimed a problem with regulator that would be over $4000 to fix. I never asked them to check my house. I have no faith in these people now. And to make it really bad they will not work on my toilet until I do this other work. extortion. I have never had this happen. And I purchased a voucher thru yelp that is WORTHLESS now because they refuse to fix my toilet. I am SO angry. This is a scam business.

Asked Anderson to install a thermal expansion tank for our water heater. There was a small leak on the downstream end due to prior low-quality work which the Anderson technician was able to fix, leaving our system better than before. Excellent service, good communication and the tech maintained a positive attitude even during the frustrating parts. We have had many good experiences with Anderson so far and will continue to call them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

My technician, Jason, was prompt and helpful. He preformed both the estimate and installation.When we agreed the work should be done, we set a date and window of time for the work.Jason kept in contact with me throughout the installation day with his estimated time of arrival, even when he was delayed he was still there within the time window.The installation went smooth and quick, even with the required attic installation. Jeff came out right on time for new faucet & garbage disposal installation. They were also able to accomodate some add on services last minute which was extremely helpful. Jeff was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us well informed of the status of repairs.

Our water heater was not heating the water, so we decided to call EZ plumbers for a quote. Robert answered the call in no time and gave us a fair price. He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. I will not hesitate to hire EZ plumbers again in the future!

Courtesy Plumbing has always been our go to. Not only are their prices fair in comparison to the other companies in the area, they truly are courteous and professional.The people in the office always give me a reasonable window or eta and they are reliable.We had 3 technicians take care of us over the years and all of them have been able to fix the issue and provide me with the knowledge needed to go forward.They have replaced all of our toilets, faucets, shower heads and fixtures, installed a regulator pump, and much more. We plan to remodel our master bathroom and I will be scheduling with Courtesy.

Hired Emory to do some preventative maintenance drain cleaning and hydrojetting before the thanksgiving holiday. They were able to squeeze me in with less than 24hr notice in the short holiday week and were on time and quick.

Needed to replace my water heater. I called and asked for a rough quote and would scheduled to quickest installation. No response was ever received from a manager. Had to go with another company.Learned of this company through advertisements on my local DSC radio program. Seems that the few times I tried to use complanies that advertise on this stations program are a big disappointment.

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need.
