I called Joshua from PIC Plumbing to inspect sewer lines of a home I was buying. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He showed me the issues and explained them to me and I intend on using Joshua for all the maintenance and repairs needed.

Was really glad that Elite was able to respond to our need for service the day before Thanksgiving. Robert was professional and informative. He proposed a good solution to a recurring problem and quickly completed the necessary repairs. My wife could not believe the low cost of the work and we were both pleased that Robert kept our safety in mind by wearing a mask at all times while in our home. He was personable and professional and did high quality work.

Superb company and staff! Courteous, professional, helpful - they've become my permanent source for any and all plumbing issues. Was referred to their restoration division to deal with my mold issues (caused by Kenmore refrigerator ☹️), prompt, worked quickly, two days with a humidifier in sealed off area which was very quiet; new plastering was so good I didn't really need a paint over. And not a speck of dust anywhere in my kitchen!Bottom line: THEY ALL ARE THE VERY BEST!

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

I spoke with a rep and explained to them that my water heater pilot was out and I couldn’t get it to turn on the rep said they repair water heaters so I scheduled an appointment with them took a day off of work they were supposed to arrive between 9am -11am instead I get a phone call at 11am saying it will be 1pm-3pm the tech comes in takes one look at my water heater and says that he doesn’t repair them only installs new ones I explain to him that the rep specifically said they do repairs and that the tech has a truck filled with parts that it can be taken care of on the same day which was false so I lose a day of work my water heater is still out and now I have to wait for someone else to come out and repair it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone stay away from them they’re liars and don’t respect peoples time

Courtesy Plumbing is wonderful. Quick and efficient. Water heater pilot light went out on New Year's Day evening. They were here first thing in the morning fixed the faulty thermocoupler Water heating in short order. Highly recommend their service!

No doubt a reliable plumbing company, as they get there on time and follow up. But their prices are unreasonably high. Profiteering is how I would describe them. $1,500 to repair something that costs $50. Quite absurd.
