After couples of failed attempts by different plumbers I called Elite Rooter to have them come out and look at my clogged floor drain.I was about to give up,since I was getting late in the time,their plumber came out with in the time frame I was promised and he got to work right away after trouble shooting,he decided to bring in a camera technician 30 minutes later they figured out the problem,and got me up and running again,Even after unclogging the trainThose guys went above and beyond , went under the crawl space to check out for leaks,And they gave me some recommendationsOn what I need.I definitely recommend Elite Rooter for any pluming job they are very professional and knows what their doing.

HiI hired BILLHOWE on Dec 23 after my condo flooded.The dry out crew were excellent, informative and knowledgeable.The rebuild was a disaster.After getting the bid, BILLHOWE restoration subtracted to different companies.Individual vendors came from different companies and did not speak English. They would come for few hours and had no idea what it was done or what to do.I spent daily when the build up was in process to show them the work.The build up took from January till middle of April to complete with extremely poor workmanship.I was homeless from Dec 23 to April 14, 2022.Now in January 23 I see some cracks in the ceiling and worries me.Do they suppose to give me a certification of completion?

I had a very nice experience with this plumbing service. I called late in day and still was able to get someone out quickly to fix my shower. Very happy with service. Although prices went up so look for coupons!

Working with Paws plumbing has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I typically use Google to write positive reviews for local businesses as I like promoting good places and work. Unfortunately this time I am writing this negative review to hopefully save someone from going through the horrible experience my family and I have dealt with for months since we began working with Paws Plumbing. They are extremely unknowledgeable and inexperienced workers. They caused a leaked not only in my condo, but also in in neighbors restroom. In addition to that they were unaware that we had a second sink in our room and when they left we had no water running there. I asked them to come back to check on it and they came back rude, upset and unwilling to take responsibility. When I showed their work to plumbers from other companies, they have been shocked and appalled by the terrible work that was done here. It has been more than a month and we still are not able to use our bathroom. It has been completely sealed off, the sink in our room is clogged up, and our neighbor's restroom flooring has been ruined. In an effort to help whoever is reading through these reviews, please look elsewhere. This is the worst company I have ever worked with, and although you don't know me, I would not want anyone else to go through this.

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Discovered a leaking hot water heater Sunday evening. Called Courtesy Plumbing at 7:30AM Monday and they dispatched someone to arrive at my house within 30 minutes. I wouldn't say they are the most competitive pricing out there, but they provided quality work, were punctual and professional and my problem was promptly fixed. I would recommend them for a hassle-free and professional experience. It's sometimes worth paying a little extra for quality service.

Very helpfully, he aided us in prioritizing what to fix, and how best to fix different problems. All without using any jargon and always clearly explaining how things work. He was promptly available to come work in our house, and was very punctual.

I’m in the process of purchasing a home and requested Emory’s Plumbing & Camera inspection in order to get a better idea of the state of the plumbing of the home I’m buying. However, I was not present at either inspection because I was on the East Coast for work.Emory Plumbing did what was expected of them; hence, me giving Emory three stars. They conducted an inspection and provided results. However, the manner in which this was conducted and the quality of the report left more to be desired. The visual inspection was completed without any issues. But when it came to the camera inspection, the technician could not complete it because there was no clean out. So, the technician had to come back another day to complete it. Therefore taking more time out of our day. I wonder if this could have been avoided if there were more detailed questions asked of me when I made the appointment and issues like this were anticipated by technicians. Additionally, Emory gives their clients time windows (standard, of course), but having to make another appointment for a house I don’t own was an inconvenience to many more people than just my real estate agent.Considering that I could not be present for these appointment, it would have been helpful to get a quick phone call from the technician to give me a summary of the state of the plumbing. I did not need a full list but a courtesy call would have been helpful to assuage my concerns about the plumbing of the home I am about to buy. Instead, I had to call multiple times and when told that I would receive a call back, I heard nothing from Emory. When I did speak to someone, it was not even a technician. However, she did have a good grasp of the issues but could not speak to the specific detail of the home’s plumbing. Her customer service the best out of the all the people I dealt with, but it did not come without a bit of prompting on my end.I received the report 48 hours after the inspection. The report consisted of 1 page just stating the issue and a repair cost estimate. There were no pictures, no detail about the proposed repair for items that were more technical in nature, no explanation of the repair cost estimate nor did they include labor in their estimate. In sum, a substandard product.I would like to give Emory Plumbing the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps had I been present for the inspections, I would have had a better experience. But when I explained my situation, they did little to address my needs. It does not take much effort to return calls nor to provide a bit more detail in a report. I would recommend that Emory review their inspections reports to provide more detail and be more transparent in their repair estimates and to include an estimate on labor costs. Additionally, I would recommend that Emory improve their customer service procedures to include a follow up with their clients.

I called to have a technician come out and provide guidance on what I should do about a outside drain line that collapsed due to tree roots. After digging a trench and finding the root cause, I wanted to see what options were available. Allan arrived and was very knowledgeable. He provided me with several options I could take and provided estimates for each one. I’m truly thankful that he showed up and explain the pros and cons to each option. I’m planning to use their services in the future when I’m ready. Having the issue fixed the right way is going to cost me but I rather pay more for it to be done right. I highly recommend them.
