Plumbing problems are never fun and seem to happen at the most inconvenient times. We were fortunate to have Louie and Roberto come to our rescue. Louie was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and ready to answer any and all questions. Next time we are in need, we will ask for him. He clearly explained what our problems were and the associated costs for the repairs. Louie was professional and represented Bill Howe well. Roberto and his apprentice were hard workers. They came prepared and ready to get to work. When they were surprised to find 12 inches of concrete instead of the expected 4, long hours were required to make sure we had water back before they left. Although that extended the job, Roberto went above and beyond to finish as soon as possible. We appreciated that so much.

I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

We've used Courtesy Plumbing three times now - twice for fixing our home's water pressure, once for a water heater replacement - and each time has been a pleasant experience. They are fast - they came to our house within 30 minutes for the water heater - and their people are very friendly and educational. They explain things in simple terms. Pricing is fair. We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.
