We had two bathroom faucets (along with draining components) that needed to be replaced - mainly due to cosmetic reasons and not due not working and figured we might as well have our two toilets looked at as they both were loose and not secure to the ground. Jose came over the day after we called, looked at everything, and gave us a quote to replace our faucets. The quote was a little high for us and after talking with him, he was able to give us a discount as well as include a price for our toilets too. He was able to secure one of our toilets back down to the ground although he saw the parts inside the tank all needed to be replaced, but he showed us that the other one was completely rusted out and recommended we try to see if our home warranty would cover fixing the toilet. We greatly appreciated his honesty rather than trying to do a quick fix that could break or become loose later on. Jose also offered us a great price to replace both toilets due them both needing new parts if our home warranty didn't fix or replace our toilets. What should have only been an hour job took about four, but Jose was great!

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.

Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment.
