We needed our toilet fixed ASAP called Team Rooter they sent out Alex. Alex was very professional got the job done. I like that he let me know what he’d be done every step of the way and the price. We would definitely use Team Rooter again and ask for Alex to come back out.

Technician expressed there would be no charge for his visit as he was in my home for 5 minutes. I was subsequently charged $150 for a 5 minute visit, with no repair needed as there was nothing wrong with the appliance. Would not recommend.

Very fast and efficient service. The technician Zach was even nice to our doggie (which is a bonus, and not necessary but definitely a good thing in my world.) They made the booking process super easy, and everything was done more quickly than expected.

Carlos and Hector were a pleasure to work with. They had my sink facet working again in no time and gave me the information I needed to decide what garbage disposal would be best for our needs. Had a backed up kitchen drain. Called Mr. Rooter and was pleased that the technician was able to come out within 30 minutes. Raphael was able to get to the root of the problem that was 50 feet down the line. He explained that the drain line will require additional repairs for a permanent fix. We will consider the options and make a decision soon. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing drain issues.

Grate employees

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Jacob and his team were insanely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. We were in a serious plumbing situation and they were able to address and remedy it in a timely matter (even when the first few plans of action didn’t take care of the problem). If we have any other questions or concerns, they’ll be the first people we call.

Charlie unstopped our kitchen sink and fixed the leak underneath the sink. Very nice person and very good customer service in Emerald Hills definitely a five star plumber.

Great service and very responsive. Same day service when I had a drain that needed to be cleared.

I needed a diagnosis of problems with our water treatment system. Manny tested our tap water to see if system was purifying the water and tested water pressure to be sure it wasn’t too high.It was very reassuring to know things were working properly.

On time, efficient, my second time calling them.

Ryan was highly recommended by others in our condo building, and today we made an appointment for four days out. He was able to work us in this afternoon, just two hours after we contacted him!
