My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

Multiple posts numbered most recent to least recent:1/2 - Doug came at the estimated time, was extremely professional and very helpful for more than just the reason we called for help. My wife smelled gas when I didn’t, Doug found multiple small(Ish) leaks under the house and set about closing them to inspection-grade quality. He had to cut through some flooring and repaired them. Most importantly for me, he explained what was going on with the pipes so I felt good about authorizing the work he deemed necessary. Doug was fantastic but everyone Bill Howe has sent to service my property has been very good too. I’ve called them more than I’ve reviewed them and can say that I was happy even when not moved to tap out an online review. You’ll pay a premium for a name brand but I can attest to the value of the cost.2/2 - Hector came on time, well within the estimated window, and was very professional. He inspected all the areas we needed estimates on and was knowledgeable about the various issues to be addressed. He was also respectful of PPE and social distancing policies. The process was efficient and pleasant.

Assessed the old cast iron pipes I was concerned about and provided multiple options for future repairs - no pressure or up-sell. I highly recommend Paws.

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

Ryan is great; I wouldn’t use anyone else. He does good work and stands by it, he’s quick to respond and his system of keeping you posted by text is efficient and helpful. He was on time to the minute and had all the parts he needed for the job. Highest recommendation.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

I called Plumbing Tree this morning, completely distressed about a pipe that was leaking under my house. Miguel was terrific on the phone and told me he would be sending Mickey THIS MORNING. He also explained the process for their assessment of the problem and giving me an estimate AND what forms of payment they take, including those with a service fee and those without.Mickey arrived on time and was knowledgeable, professional and absolutely great. The repair was done promptly today, and he also helped us with an estimate for future work. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again-- hopefully for upgrades next time rather than an emergency.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

I saw these guys working at my neighbor's home so I asked them to stop by and estimate adding a shut-off and replacing a sprinkler valve. The estimate was reasonable so I had them come back the next day and do the job. They did a fine job and saved me some money on the original estimate as well.Called them again recently for an estimate and they were really helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be done
