Mr. Davis was professional and timely with his work. He let me know what was going on with the drain and suggested preventative maintenance later. Basically our drain was clogged with nasty gunk and if the preventive maintenance was done it wouldn’t have happened. He kept a clean work station and ensured that no mess was left behind. Wow! What a fantastic experience! I called Emory and they showed up within 15 minutes. Both Carlos and his partner were extremely polite and courteous. Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!

This has been one of the very best experiences i’ve Ever had with a plumber. Pablo took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, time frame, completion, etc. they even made sure to protect my floor with a runner and they wore shoe covers as well! They were neat and tidy and answered all my questions (and I had plenty) and were extremely polite and kind. This is the way to do business and that’s why they got 5 stars not only from me but everyone they’ve worked with.
