I made an appointment, and the next day, Jose and Marcos were onsite.I was immediately impressed with their polite and professional demeanor. I was having an issue with my washing machine, but I also feared a possible leak in the plumbing somewhere. Jose advised me that it was a washing machine issue after performing a diagnostic test. The price of the diagnostic was worth the peace of mind knowing I did NOT have a leak.Because of their honest approach, I booked a separate service on the spot. Discount plumbing is my new plumbing company for all projects. They are courteous, and reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received. Most importantly, they are honest. Give them a shot; you won't regret it.

I had just bought a brand new garbage disposal when it started making an awful noise. As it turned out, a screw had fallen into the disposal. Josh was able to get the screw out and now it runs fine! The great news is that I did not have to replace my brand new garbage disposal. Yay! ?

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix.
