Best Sewer Cleaning in San Diego CA

I wanted to leave this review for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I needed to install a sink in my garage and was completely out of my skill set to complete it myself. Victor came over and game me a free estimate. Unfortunately the work was a little more than I was willing to pay since I will not be at this residence for much longer but that is because of my ignorance of how much is involved to make it happen. These guys are total professionals and I just wanted to thank them for making the time to help me understand what I'm facing with this project and treating me as valuable even though I chose not to commit at the time. You can guarantee I will call then when I'm ready to go forward at my new residence. Highly recommended!

Carlos from PIC serviced my apartment today. He was early, but not too early. He was originally here to fix the toilet, but we had developed a leak under the kitchen sink. He was able to figure out what was leaking. Fixed both leak under sink and toilet in a timely matter. Great staff that was professional and courteous.

Mike did a thorough evaluation of our two separate HVAC systems. He found that an improperly installed UV Purification system had melted almost all the insulation on the wires in one of our furnaces. He rewired that furnace and replaced the UV system with a cold plasma purification system. He salvaged functional UV parts from the improperly installed UV system and used them to replaced failed parts in our second UV system. He also discovered that one of our furnaces was three years old when it was installed. Before leaving he verified that both furnaces were clean burning and withy CO or CO2 emissions. Mike is a real gem.

Tommy Brittle was professional and personable. He walked us through the whole process and was able to complete and diagnose the issue. We had used a different company prior to using Bill Howe and would use again because of our experience working with Tommy.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

William was very courteous and detailed in his work. They were able to get out quickly and even sooner than their time window. They cleaned up the area extremely well and were respectful of our home.This company overall is great from the moment you call in. I would highly recommend them.

Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage.
