To my delight, Jose was available to come out the very next day! Jose was communicative, professional, timely, and efficient in every way. At the same time, he was also very thorough and took the time to answer all of my plumbing questions related and unrelated to vanity/toilet replacement. He had some great recommendations on future projects and when that time comes I will MOST DEFINITELY be requesting his services again. Frankly speaking, I am so happy about my experienced with the PIC Plumbing Services especially the works that they done with us. I called their attention and replied to me right away. My kitchen sink was not draining, with two little kiddos and family visiting I needed quick service. I called and I was able to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. They send me a message with all the details about the job and who is coming to do the job. Then an hour before the schedule appointment they send me a text message to let me know that Luis was on his way. He was on time, he was very nice, efficient, clean, explained everything that was going on and what he could do to fix it, then we agree on the plan and it took him about 25 minutes to do it all. He was very thorough and left a sink and the area around it like nothing happened. I am very pleased with their service! Thank you Luis!

Lincoln was professional and courteous. He removed and installed a kitchen sink and repaired a clogged dishwasher line and fixed a minor problem with our garage disposal.

Dan and Gage were amazing. They treated me like a family member...seriously. I even had a really stupid question the next day and Dan called me right away and treated me so well. I can also tell you my friend also had her water heater break the week before mine and she paid at lest $500 more than I did. I will always use Bill Howe moving forward, we had just a great and very reasonable experience. They were also both such gentlemen. The left the area cleaner than they found it.

Our tankless water heater stopped working last night and they were able to work us into their schedule the next morning! Michael arrived and was very professional, informed, and experienced. He fixed the issue within 1 hour and the hot water was back!!

Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!

Hired Emory to do some preventative maintenance drain cleaning and hydrojetting before the thanksgiving holiday. They were able to squeeze me in with less than 24hr notice in the short holiday week and were on time and quick.
