Great service, would definitely recommend to others. We called discount plumbing & rooter for a leak that we had in our main water line and they managed to get somebody out that same day a couple hours later.Jose arrived and he was very friendly and asked us about the leak we called about. He told us that he recommends calling the city before he went ahead and did anything as the leak was in the service box for the main water line. The city would be able to pump the water out and determine if the issue was coming from our side or from them. So we called the water department they sent somebody out and they determined it was an issue coming from them.Jose managed to save us time and money and from his quick visit, he was able to identify the root cause of the problem and get a good idea on how we could proceed to fix it. Will definitely recommend if someone ever asks us on who to call for any plumbing issues.Thanks!

We had a fabulous experience with Bill Howe Plumbing. We were hosting a party at the iN Gallery with nearly 100 guests when, to our horror, the sewer line plugged and backed up. Both toilets overflowed and we had a real mess on our hands. After unsuccessfully wasting valuable time with 2 other 24/7 emergency plumbing services, we contacted Bill Howe plumbing who immediately dispatched Alex Phillmore who was on-site in less than an hour to save the party. He had high- tech video equipment that instantly located the blockage and removed it. Alex was our super hero and saved the day (and the party).Bill Howe Plumbing and Alex ROCK!

The Emergency Stop Valve broke and we could not get get a new refrigerator installed until it was fixed. Paws made an appointment and promised us if possible they would arrive sooner, and they got back to me twice with earlier appointment times as they knew we were without a refrigerator. When I asked Will the dispatcher a technical question he could not answer, he found a plumber in the office to immediately speak to me. Paws was very professional, knowledgable, extremely punctual, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them more highly.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. We hired Rooter Hero Plumbing to install a new water heater and had a few issues with their service. First the plumber arrived 4 hours after our scheduled appointment time. They did not provide updates on the arrival time after he missed the appointment and we had to contact them several times and beg for an update on when the plumber would arrive. The second issue is that we asked them in advance of the appointment if the water heater we were planning to purchase would be appropriate and without looking at the specifics they told us it would be “ok”. When they plumber arrived we found out that the water heater required all new plumbing and electrical work and a much higher installation price to make it “ok”. If they had paid attention to the specifics we could have easily purchased a different water heater. Do not rely on Rooter Hero Plumbing for on time service or honest plumbing advice.

Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!
