I called Discount Plumbing for a visit as the faucets were leaking and the water pressure was too high. Jose came in two hours, after investigated the problem areas in our two bathroom, he gave a very clear explanation on what the problems were and how to fix them. He fixed the problems in the same afternoon, he was quick, very professional and communicate very well. Job accomplished with quality and speed. I would certainly recommend it.

Fixed problems from old plumbing, including no clean out (they installed) & cleared out years of gunk in pipes badly laid in 1963. Instructions on how to keep drains clear & even cleaned up after he & Lincoln were finished. Everything sparkles & works as it should. Jorge is amazing at his job, was determined to get me fixed today & did it!!!!!! Not cheap, but well worth it for great service & fixing years of problems. I knew Anderson's was a good company from when I was a renter: now, as a homeowner, I personally know how awesome the company & its employees are.

There was a clog right outside my condo in the pipe shared by four units.Mr. Ehsan Al Nassiri quickly identified the problem, located the clog and cleared out the clog. He is a very nice guy. He came on time. He communicated to us about where the problem was located and what was the reason behind the clog. The price is very reasonable. Very professional! Five stars!When the HOA required me to provide more information about the clog, he was so nice that he wrote a report for me for free.

Tech Enoch was awesome. super friendly, professional and informative. My brand new AC unit installed by another company was apparently over charged with coolant and he took care of it explaining everything to me about what what needed to be done and why.very good experience!!

Mr. Rooter responded in less than one to our emergency sewer main being plugged. They took the time to inspect the pipe before shoving a snake down the pipe and possibly doing more damage. They did get it cleaned out and we had service in just a very short time. They delivered a very competitive bid to make the needed repairs and offered a 25 year warranty. Great guys!

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Mike gave us above and beyond service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Due to issues beyond his control he could not complete the job in one visit. However, he arranged to come back on his next availability with a technician who could help him get it done. Outstanding service at a very reasonable cost. I will use them going forward for all my plumbing needs.

They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.
