Our old one had difficult rust that got the screws/bolts stuck in place, causing our water to not be completely shut off every time we pushed the valve in. Not only we were concern of water waste, but water damage as well. They did a terrific job, and were able to complete the tasks same-day of inspection. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. Also, Tina is such a positive customer service that tries to make clients smile, so thank you Tina! I'd definitely hire them again if I have another plumbing issue. I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. We had a slow drain in our kitchen sink, which is typically fixed with Drano and hot water, but we could not fix it ourselves this time. We wanted to find someone local and reached out to 3 plumbing companies. Randy at Ascend was the only one to respond promptly, with a rough estimate and an opening for the next day. Don’t be deceived by his youth; Graedon showed up early, was very polite, working hard to resolve our issue with our drain. After Graedon was done, he cleaned up the mess that was made. I was very impressed with what a great job he did. The cost was reasonable; there weren’t any high-pressure sales or hidden fees.We will use Ascend Plumbing if we have any other issues or plumbing needs.
