Pinhole leak behind first floor ceiling. Found it quickly and had remediation/repair crew on-site within the hour. Very professional and explained everything done with rationale. Finished job quickly and cleaned up site before leaving. Touch-less pay system was icing on the cake. I'd recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

Johnathan the plumber was awesome! Easygoing, confident and clear communicator. Cost wasn’t what was quoted but it never is. Didn’t get any upsell vibe/offers to do unnecessary work. I’d use them again for sure.

The Plumber (Ehsan Al Nassari) was very professional and diagnose the problem quickly and gave me recommendations for future concerns. I know I will need a full line flush out in the future and will be using Elite Rooter. I highly recommend Elite Rooter. They are my number one plumber now. I will differently use Elite Rooter again.

Great service! The technician was professional and friendly. They came out gave us an estimate on changing the valves and faucet in our warehouse bathroom. As the water had to be turned off in our building we had to let our property manager know so she could alert other tenants. We made an appointment for the next day. They were prompt and did the work in the time frame and for the price quoted. Very happy with the experience, will use them again!

Our water heater was not heating the water, so we decided to call EZ plumbers for a quote. Robert answered the call in no time and gave us a fair price. He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. I will not hesitate to hire EZ plumbers again in the future!

Clogged Toilet. Andrew Johnson was very knowledgeable and immediately new the problem as well as gave us tips to help keep pipes clean. Very satisfied with work and service. I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

Gilbert was great. He had to replace 10'0 of copper tubing in my attic on a very hot day, in attic it was @125 degrees hot and he soldiered through and got the job done.

This company is always professional and efficient. The staff members are thoughtful and attentive to deal such as wearing coverings for their shoes and cleaning up after themselves with non toxic cleaners.
