They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect.
