Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with your kitchen sink. My sink was having issues draining and after attempting to sort out the problem on my own with a snake, I decided that I needed an expert.Nick showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and solved my problem.Now, our sink is working as good as new.I truly appreciate working with someone who is trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a huge relief and I am stoked to have a company and plumber that I can trust moving forward.

I can't say enough about the quality of service but more importantly, the people at bill Howe. I called on Sunday afternoon because my water heater pilot went off. Instead of charging me $253/hr the nice woman that answered suggested a phone call. <2min later I received a call from Brandon who very patiently walked me through how to re-light my pilot light. Here's the kicker. He was ON ANOTHER JOB SIMULTANEOUSLY doing the exact same thing and was able to support me. Incredible.This experience validates a full pipe lining they performed last year, which was very costly but there team made the experience well worth it and I'm so relieved to never have to search for another plumbing company ever again in San Diego!Two thumbs way up!!!

We called in the morning hoping to have someone come out that day or the next. They originally scheduled an appointment for the next day, but an hour or so later they called us to say they had an opening that day and could come out even sooner! When Michael arrived he checked out our water heater because we wanted to make sure it was working properly. Then he addressed what we were primarily concerned with. He was quick to understand the issue we were having with our toilet and got right to work. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issues and then he asked if there was anything else he could help with - as we had just moved into a new house a few days prior and he wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. We realized our water wasn’t connected to the fridge when we moved in and he was eager to help. The cable was actually missing and he had to go to the store to buy one, but did so very quickly. He even was kind enough to use his drill to remove a couple of cabinet doors above the fridge (when it was pulled out of the spot) because they couldn’t open fully. He went above and beyond what we called him for and he worked quickly while doing an excellent job. My sister had used Paws plumbing a few times for various plumbing issues and also has had every person go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are the only company I’m going to call for my future plumbing needs. I would 100% recommend this company.

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

APG has just completed the plumbing for a new kitchen in our home. Not only was the job professional and well executed but the follow up was fantastic. From beginning to end my experience was top notch! I will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs!

Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.

Dean and Leon were absolutely fantastic - they replaced my shower cartridge with no issue even though the plumbing and valves were very old and parts are usually hard to find. They were so kind, respectful, and patient with me, I truly appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future.

When our drain pipe cracked, I got a same day appointment (no fee consult) on a Saturday. Mauricio was fast, efficient and repaired the pipe in less than an hour. I now have Exodus on speed dial. Thank you! Excellent service!

ProMax and Daniel are simply the tops. We got at least 4 quotes on replacing a tankless water heater at our house. Daniel was the most prompt of all of the plumbers, and he came in with the low bid. He also was able to install it sooner than other plumbers had said they could. We wanted a water circulator in order to decrease the wait for hot water to our taps. That was driving the bids we were getting sky high. Daniel came up with a far cheaper alternative that has worked extremely well. He also did a magnificent job installing the new tankless heater. He also built me a holder for my outdoor hose, which shares the same cabinet as the heater. I have never seen a worker leave a job cleaner or tidier than Daniel did.We just had him come out to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix another faucet. Once again, he was responsive and did a top notch job. I really couldn't recommend him more highly.
